Some of the trainings we offer include renowned courses with global programming experts, such as **JavaChampions**, **JNation**, **GitNation**, **Growth Tribe**, or **Java Performance Tuning** education. By obtaining certifications such as **OCA**, **OCP**, **Scrum Master**, **Spring Certified Professional**, **DevOps Engineer,** or **PRINCE2**, our team further underscores our own authority, built through our work approach focused on clean code and professionalism in client interactions. Of course, those attending training sessions are free from work tasks during education.

Additionally, we internally develop our team through regional and global conferences where everyone on the team has the opportunity to connect with other experts from various fields, whether we're acquiring or sharing knowledge at these events. **WeAreDevelopers** in Berlin, **Web Summit** in Lisbon, **ITKonekt** in Belgrade, or **JavaCRO** in Rovinj are just some of the conferences where you can find us. 🙂
